Kinesiology is the study of body movement, performance and function. Those who study kinesiology explore the complex dynamics of physical activity in the context of human wellness, including the social and psychological aspects. A strong understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and psychology provide a basis for concentrations in education, exercise science and health science.
