Project Details

Description

Planned Parenthood South Atlantic (PPSAT) is seeking federal funding to enhance and expand the telehealth infrastructure and capacity of its service delivery networks to benefit Title X clients in South Carolina. PPSAT's proposed Title X project will particularly benefit the underserved, high-risk individuals living in the geographic areas served by our service sites in Columbia and Charleston. Through the proposed Columbia and Charleston telehealth project, PPSAT will invest in technology upgrades and training to ensure the ongoing reliability and quality of telehealth at our Title X service sites. We will also implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase Title X telehealth services among at-risk, low-income populations. Through this project , we expect to provide timely, high-quality, comprehensive family planning services via telehealth to 958 unduplicated clients during the project period.
