Abstract
Genotyping to determine antiretroviral susceptibility is recommended in many clinical situations. Nevertheless, the genotyping reports, detailing the presence or absence of specific mutations, often are difficult to interpret. This report gives an update about important new developments in the area of antiretroviral resistance and provides a guide to interpreting genotype reports.
