Abstract
Using data from a sample of 776 university employees, this study uses confirmatory factor analysis to assess and then improve the unidimensionality of the two constructs underlying the Computer Anxiety Rating Scale. The process resulted in more parsimonious constructs that demonstrate acceptable reliabilities while retaining their original meanings.
