Abstract

The Business Processes (BP) course contains several innovative and unique features, the combination of which provides our MBA students with a rich learning experience. These features include: 1) the application of a medical school model as a framework for content delivery; 2) the integration of the students' other course learning and work experiences; 3) an interdisciplinary teaching team; 4) the application of leading edge software tools to facilitate BP analysis and improvement; and 5) a major field-based project.
