Abstract
In this review the authors discussed the diagnosis and treatment of vasculogenic impotence. They evaluate the different diagnostic methods and treatment possibilities for the everyday clinical practice. The surgical procedures need to be done by qualified specialists who are familiar with penile anatomy and trained in microvascular surgical techniques.
