Abstract
Upper airway examination is essential for the adequate diagnosis of the anatomic variants or structural pathology. These factors are commonly missed in a cursory examination of the upper airways. To facilitate a detailed and adequate examination in an office setting, endoscopic examination of the upper airways both in children and adults is facilitated by using the fiberoptic rhinoscope. In this chapter, normal variants as well as common clinical pathological findings are depicted.
