Abstract

Epistaxis is a common medical problem with variable prevalence, as many cases resolve with conservative measures. Generally, they are benign, spontaneous, and self-limiting. Its location is classified as anterior or posterior depending on its anatomical location. The nose has a rich vascular supply, and locations where multiple blood vessels converge are often the source of bleeding. The Kiesselbach’s plexus (Little’s area) is such an area and is located on the anterior septum.
