Abstract

Coronary fistulas can be a source of myocardial Ischemia when the are large. In this case series, we describe four complex coronary fistulas treated by transcatheter occlusion. The first two with Gianturco coils and the other two with an Amplatzer PDA device. Transcatheter closure of coronary fistulas can be accomplished in most cases.
