Abstract

A review is presented of the actinide partitioning program and the latest findings. The following factors are also examined: separation requirements, DHDECMP purification, diluent effects, reaction kinetics, radio lytic effects, typical actinide vs. HNO//3 distribution data, extraction studies with Zr-Al high-level waste, and, extraction studies on ICPP high sodium waste.
