Abstract

Expression of distinct homing receptors guides adaptive immune cells to antigen-rich tissue. In this issueof Immunity, Komarowska etal. (2015) describe an autocrine loop that is initiated by cardiac-expressed hepatocyte growth factor to direct Tcells into the heart during inflammation and cardiac transplant rejection.
