Therapeutic destructive alternatives include excision, argon or CO₂ laser treatment, and sclerotherapy with sodium tetradecyl sulphate. objective. A case report is presented using a previously unreported technique of therapy, specifically hypertonic saline. methods. 23.4% NaCl was injected intraluminally in four sessions over a 6‐month period. conclusion.
