Abstract

This chapter presents an up-to-date overview of the imaging manifestations of major neurological conditions that occur in patients with systemic cancer. Conventional and advanced imaging techniques are discussed. Pitfalls in the neuroimaging of brain metastasis are presented, and an imaging approach to the patient with a newly detected brain mass is provided.
