Abstract
At least 11 patients have been reported in whom angina pectoris initially appeared after 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) administration.1-6 None had hemodynamic findings described and only 1 had necropsy observations reported.1 Herein we describe a man in whom ischemic chest pain developed after 5-FU treatment and we include both hemodynamic and necropsy observations.
