Abstract

A 33-year-old patient had normal secondary sexual development, primary amenorrhea, and a blind vaginal pouch accompanied by cyclic pain and swelling in the right inguinal area. Physical examination and ultrasound suggested an incarcerated ovary in a right indirect hernia. This report describes laparoscopic reduction of the ovary and hernia repair.
