Military to private sector technology transfer: A research agenda

Abstract

In the last fifteen years, there has been an increasing emphasis on transferring Department of Defense technology to the private sector. In this paper, the author presents an overview of research he has conducted concerning various aspects of this type of technology transfer and proposes avenues for future research.
