Abstract

A ease report of asymmetrical gonadal dysgenesis in a 5-year-old child demonstrates the diagnostic utility of gynecography in establishing the status of the internal genitalia prior to corrective surgery. Specific indications and details of methodology which will facilitate gynecography during infancy and early childhood are discussed.
