Abstract

Carcinoma of the extrahepatic biliary tract rarely co-exists with pregnancy. Survival of both mother and infant beyond the early puerperium has not been reported previously in such instances. We treated a patient for pregnancy complicated by cholangiocarcinoma, with a successful maternal and fetal outcome.
