Abstract

THE LATERAL PERIODONTAL CYST and gingival cyst of the adult are both developmental odontogenic cysts located predominantly in the mandibular premolar-canine region. In this paper, a case report is described of a lateral periodontal cyst and gingival cyst occurring in the same patient alone with a discussion of clinical, radiographic, and histological features of these lesions.
