Abstract

We have constructed a detailed physical map around the 13q12 region containing the constitutional chromosome translocation breakpoint from a patient with ganglioneuroblastoma. Further analysis will allow us to determine whether a gene vital for the development of sympathetic neural tissue has been disrupted by this genetic change.
