Abstract

The use of bidirectional suture or barbed threads is a minimal invasive technique for facial rejuvenation, capable of making the middle and lower thirds of the face firmer. This method is not comparable with conventional facelift. With in the development of esthetic medicine and technology, the method is now simple to perform and less invasive and ensures rapid recovery. It can meet the requirement of patient with minimal invasive facial rejuvenation, and the optimum result will be reached by combination therapy.
