Venogenic impotence: Is there a future?

The management of venogenic impotence is a controversial area. What is certain though is that a veno-occlusive mechanism is essential for a complete erection to occur. This short review discusses briefly the problems encountered in diagnosis and treatment of venogenic impotence.
